Brian Heaney

I'm Brian Heaney, a REALTOR® with Mark Dietel Realty serving Indianapolis and the surrounding counties.

Before you hear a list price from me, you'll see the sales it came from. I'd rather have an honest conversation at the kitchen table than win a listing with a number the market won't pay.

I also own a custom cabinetry and closet company here in Indiana, so I walk a house the way a builder does — I can tell you which updates buyers will pay for and which ones to skip. And through my notary signing company I've sat at a lot of closing tables, so the paperwork side doesn't surprise me (or you).
